Neoprene handle for de Buyer carbon steel pans.
This practical handle easily slides over the pan's handle, allowing you to grip it more comfortably and safely. The neoprene cover reduces the heat conductivity of the handle, significantly decreasing the risk of burns.
Please note:
Ensure the flame does not come up the side of the pan. Do not use the handle on a pan handle that is hotter than 50°C, for example, after using the pan in the oven.
