NEW: Zirlion grinding mechanism
Peugeot introduces the Zirlion grinding mechanism, made from Zirconium, an extremely hard and corrosion-resistant material. This new mechanism ensures a very fine and consistent grind, while remaining suitable for various types of salt, such as sea salt, rock salt, and seasoned salt. Thanks to innovative technology, the mill remains resistant to humid environments and offers superior performance compared to ceramic or steel grinding mechanisms. The Zirlion mechanism is exclusively available for u-select models and comes with a lifetime warranty. The new salt mills will be available from March 2025.

The mills are equipped with the unique u-select system, which allows the coarseness of the grind to be adjusted steplessly and precisely by rotating the ring at the base of the mill. The mill is, of course, equipped with the unique Peugeot grinding mechanism. Peugeot has a specific grinding mechanism for each spice, which brings out the best in the spice.

The Peugeot grinding mechanism is made of hardened and forged steel. The grinding mechanism comes with a lifetime warranty.
