Let's get started!
Cheesy BBQ Bell Peppers
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Cut the snack bell peppers in half, leaving the stem on. Remove the seeds, fill the halves with cream cheese, and sprinkle some Tex Mex grated cheese over them. Wrap a slice of Coburger ham around each snack bell pepper, secure with a cocktail stick, and sprinkle with Blues Hog Original Dry Rub.
- Bake the bell peppers for 10 minutes in the oven.

Flammkuchen with goat cheese, Parma ham and walnuts
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line a baking rack with parchment paper. Dice the red onion.
- Spread the flammkuchen dough with crème fraîche and top with the red onion, goat cheese, Parma ham, and walnuts.
- Bake the flammkuchen for 12 minutes in the oven.
- Cut the flammkuchen into equal pieces.

Italian puff pastry cups
- Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius. Grease a cupcake tray with butter and place the puff pastry sheets into it. Fold the puff pastry sheets into cups. Place a piece of parchment paper into the cups and fill them with baking beads. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius. Then remove the parchment paper with the baking beads and bake for another 5-7 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius.
- Dice the bell pepper, tomato, and red onion. Drizzle with some olive oil and sprinkle with Italian herbs, pepper, and salt. Bake this in the oven for 8 minutes.
- Let the cups cool and then fill them with the bell pepper and tomato mixture. Crumble feta over the top.

Tip
In addition to special baking beans, you can also use dried beans/chickpeas, uncooked rice, or split peas as blind baking weights. Please note that these cannot be eaten afterwards. You can, however, reuse them as baking weights!
