Let's get started!

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.
  3. Stir constantly until the peanut butter is completely dissolved and continue to cook until the desired thickness is achieved.

Tip

If your sauce has become too thick, add some extra water.

  • 175 grams chunky peanut butter
  • 250 ml water
  • 50 ml ketjap manis
  • 1 teaspoon sambal oelek
  • 10 ml gimber sweet lilly
  • 20 grams brown caster sugar
