Prepare the BBQ for indirect heat of approximately 180-200°C.

Score the top of the camembert in a crosshatch pattern so the flavors can penetrate well.

Mix the honey with the Angus & Oink rub to create a simple hot honey.

Place the camembert in the skillet and pour the hot honey over it.

Add rosemary in between the incisions of the camembert.

Place the skillet indirectly on the BBQ and close the lid.

Cook for 10 to 15 minutes until the cheese is completely soft and gooey.

Serve with fresh bread for dipping into the melted cheese.
