Let's get started!

  1. Cut off the hard ends and halve the asparagus. Meanwhile, squeeze the lemon and finely chop the garlic.
  2. Then, boil the asparagus together with butter, lemon juice, salt, and garlic for about 10 minutes. Cook the asparagus until al dente.
  3. Rinse the asparagus briefly under cold water. Wrap a slice of bacon around 3 or 4 asparagus. Season the asparagus with pepper. Then, fry the asparagus with oil in a pan until the bacon is brown. Turn regularly!
  4. Place the fried asparagus on a platter and enjoy!

 

Tip

Serve the asparagus with a delicious homemade dipping sauce made from yogurt, cream cheese, garlic, pepper, and salt.
