Let's get started!
- Cut off the hard ends and halve the asparagus. Meanwhile, squeeze the lemon and finely chop the garlic.
- Then, boil the asparagus together with butter, lemon juice, salt, and garlic for about 10 minutes. Cook the asparagus until al dente.
- Rinse the asparagus briefly under cold water. Wrap a slice of bacon around 3 or 4 asparagus. Season the asparagus with pepper. Then, fry the asparagus with oil in a pan until the bacon is brown. Turn regularly!
- Place the fried asparagus on a platter and enjoy!

Serve the asparagus with a delicious homemade dipping sauce made from yogurt, cream cheese, garlic, pepper, and salt.
