Let's get to work!
- Rub the meat with French mustard and season with angus & oink sweet bones & butts rub.
- Place the seasoned meat in a lidded pan or oven dish and add 100 ml of water.
- Cook it overnight on your BBQ or place it in the oven at 130°C for 6-8 hours. The cooking time depends on the weight and thickness of your meat.
- After cooking, remove all fat and water. Let the usable pork cool down.
- Shred the cooled meat and mix it with angus & oink dirty barbie espresso x bourbon sauce.
Tip
For a delicious smoky flavour, place the pulled pork on your BBQ without a lid before cooling.
