Let's get to work!

  1. Rub the meat with French mustard and season with angus & oink sweet bones & butts rub.
  2. Place the seasoned meat in a lidded pan or oven dish and add 100 ml of water.
  3. Cook it overnight on your BBQ or place it in the oven at 130°C for 6-8 hours. The cooking time depends on the weight and thickness of your meat.
  4. After cooking, remove all fat and water. Let the usable pork cool down.
  5. Shred the cooled meat and mix it with angus & oink dirty barbie espresso x bourbon sauce.

Tip

For a delicious smoky flavour, place the pulled pork on your BBQ without a lid before cooling.
