Let's get started!

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
  2. Put the eggs and sugar together in a bowl and beat for 5 minutes until a yellow/white mixture forms.
  3. Melt the butter and chocolate together in the microwave. Add 2 drops of vanilla extract.
  4. Let this cool slightly, then fold in the beaten eggs little by little. Carefully fold in the flour to create a light batter.
  5. Grease the ramekins with melted butter. Now you might be thinking: what on earth is a ramekin? Well, it's a small glass or porcelain dish that you put the batter into.
  6. Fill the ramekins about halfway with batter. Then add a tablespoon of condensed milk and cover with batter. Bake the ramekin for 13 minutes.

Tip

If you're a real boss, serve the cake with vanilla ice cream and warm red fruit.
