Let's get started!
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
- Put the eggs and sugar together in a bowl and beat for 5 minutes until a yellow/white mixture forms.
- Melt the butter and chocolate together in the microwave. Add 2 drops of vanilla extract.
- Let this cool slightly, then fold in the beaten eggs little by little. Carefully fold in the flour to create a light batter.
- Grease the ramekins with melted butter. Now you might be thinking: what on earth is a ramekin? Well, it's a small glass or porcelain dish that you put the batter into.
- Fill the ramekins about halfway with batter. Then add a tablespoon of condensed milk and cover with batter. Bake the ramekin for 13 minutes.
