Get started!

  1. Put the almond milk, raspberries, banana, and Greek yogurt into your blender. Let the blender do its work.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the remaining banana and strawberries into pieces.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a bowl. Decorate the smoothie with the sliced banana and strawberry. Sprinkle the coconut flakes and chia seeds next to the fruit.
  4. Finish off the smoothie with some honey and make sure your partner doesn't steal your smoothie bowl.

Tip

The nice thing about a smoothie bowl is that you can customize it with dates, pecans, blueberries, etc. Did you know that dark chocolate is a healthier choice than milk chocolate?
