Let's get started!
- Start your barbecue, smoker, or grill and heat it to 200 °C. Once the barbecue or smoker is up to temperature, place the Sizzling Plate on it so it can also heat up.
- Place the sliced chorizo on the Sizzling Plate and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until the oil is released from the meat.
- Cut the lemons in half and grill them flesh-side down until nicely browned.
- Remove the chorizo and add the olive oil and garlic. Sauté the garlic until it starts to color.
- Now add the prawns and chili flakes and cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Add the lemon juice and chorizo and cook for another minute until the prawns change color.
- Sprinkle the prawns with lemon zest and serve immediately with fresh bread and grilled lemons. Garnish with parsley.
