Let's get started!

  1. Preheat the BBQ to approximately 200°C indirect heat.

  2. Halve the jalapeños lengthwise and remove the seed veins for less heat.

  3. Mix the cream cheese, grated cheese, and Angus & Oink rub into a creamy filling.

  4. Generously fill the jalapeños with the cheese mixture.

  5. Wrap each popper in a slice of bacon.

  6. Place the poppers on the BBQ over indirect heat and close the lid.

  7. Cook for about 15 to 20 minutes until the bacon becomes crispy.
