          Tips for using the Ooni Pizza Oven

          1. Make sure your oven is properly preheated before you start baking. With an infrared thermometer, you can easily check the temperature of your pizza stone. Aim for about 400°C for the perfect pizza!
          2. Thin crust, big flavor. For the best result, roll out the pizza dough thinly. This ensures a short baking time and a delicious crispy crust.
          3. Turn it! Most of the heat is at the back of your oven, so it's important to turn your pizza horizontally every 30 seconds. You can easily do this with a turning peel.
          4. For the pellet and wood versions, keep the door closed as much as possible. This way, your oven will maintain its temperature best.
          5. Is your pizza sticking? Sprinkle some semolina on the bottom of your dough; this works better to prevent sticking than regular flour.
