Return period & conditions
We offer a return period of 60 days, so please send your order back within this period. Returning a parcel to Culicartel is free and can be done without a printer. For returning a pallet we charge €79 in return costs. We ask you to return the product unused and in its original packaging. If the product is used or damaged, this may lead to a reduction in value.
Registering your return
Click here to register your return. You will then receive a barcode that you can have scanned at a PostNL point without printing anything. They will then stick a label on your shipping box.
Refund
When we receive your return, we check the product. If the product is in good condition, we start the refund. If the product is damaged or used, this may affect the amount we refund. Depending on your payment method, the money is often back in your account within 2 working days, and at the latest within 10 working days.
